Slow, Sacred Work for Women Who Are Done Shrinking

You don’t need another system to follow.

You need a space where your nervous system can finally exhale, where your differences are celebrated instead of corrected, and where healing unfolds at the pace of seasons rather than deadlines

Individual Therapy

The heart of this work.
60-minute sessions held with presence, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique wiring.

We move slowly and intentionally — honoring trauma responses without forcing them to hurry up and heal.

We explore the stories your body still carries, the masks you learned to wear, and the wild, beautiful parts of you that are ready to come out of hiding.

Metaphors are welcome.

Tears are welcome.

Laughter in the middle of hard truths is welcome.

This is therapy that feels like sipping coffee with a friend who also knows what it’s like to feel different — only this friend happens to hold space like a professional.

Gentle Group Spaces (when connection calls):
Small, intimate circles for neurodivergent women walking similar paths.
No pressure to perform. No “fix yourself” energy.

Just shared witnessing, nature-rooted practices, and the profound relief of realizing you’re not the only one whose brain works this way.

Wanderings & Integration (supportive companions)
Occasional nature-based reflections, seasonal rituals, and gentle prompts you can carry between sessions.

These are not homework.

They’re invitations to stay connected to the earth and to yourself when life feels loud.

Everything here is built on radical acceptance paired with intentional growth.

We don’t rush the wildflower.

We tend the soil.
